The Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation (TSAHC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created at the direction of the Texas Legislature. TSAHC offers down payment assistance to help make homeownership more affordable, loans and land banking programs to help developers build more affordable housing, and training and grant programs to support nonprofits that help families maintain their financial stability.

Through its Texas Foundations Fund program, the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation (TSAHC) partners with nonprofit organizations across Texas to assist very low-income households.

Applications for the 2025 annual grant cycle will be accepted on a rolling basis for as long as funding is available. The deadline to submit an application for the 2025 Texas Foundations Fund is Friday, August 1, 2025 at 5:00pm CDT.
