Through the Texas Foundations Fund, TSAHC partners with non-profit organizations across Texas to assist very low-income households. To date TSAHC has invested over $11 million to support the following:
- Home repairs and accessibility modifications in owner-occupied homes
- Housing Counseling or Supportive Housing services: examples of these services include but are not limited to home buyer education, financial literacy, foreclosure prevention, eviction prevention, case management, mental health counseling, and adult education.
Grantees eligible for grants are selected every year through an online application process. Applications for the 2026 annual grant cycle will be accepted on a rolling basis for as long as funding is available. The deadline to submit the 2026 application is August 1, 2026 at 5:00pm CDT.
